Hi I’m Shaun and I coach people how to Re-Nature themselves to help relieve and manage stress.
There’s so much stress our bodies and minds have to deal with today. Mental stress, nutritional stress, emotional stress and physical stress. A connection to nature has always helped us to deal with stress, but today we are disconnected from nature both mentally and physically than ever before. We can be disconnected from nature even when we are in nature. Recent scientific research suggests that nature connection practices are integral for our well-being and health authorities like the World Health Organization Europe have issued reports that support this (READ HERE). Certain countries like Japan have nature connection programs as part of their national health program. Nature Connection seems to significantly mitigate the root cause of a multitude of ailments: stress. But how do we connect with nature within our busy modern day lives to really deal with the ongoing stress we face today?
Well that’s where I come in. I help you to re-connect more deeply with nature so you can take those calming affects you feel out in your favourite spot in nature back into your everyday life so can manage stress better. It’s called Re-Naturing and it’s a process of learning how to let go of the stress and tuning into the grounding feelings of nature so you are less affected by stress. Re-Naturing has helped me so much with dealing with stress related aliments and I’m really excited to be sharing these methods to help other people do the same. What's my background?
I’ve had extensive experience within the health and fitness industry as a Fitness Trainer, Corrective Exercise Coach and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. After having spent time out of the fitness industry and working in the construction industry with my own business, I really experienced how much stress and negative emotions will over-ride our attempts to overcome physical and mental aliments, or even just to be healthier and in better shape. This led me to look for more and more ways to help overcome my challenges. Throughout my wellness journey the one place which I got the most physical and mental relief was out in nature. Nature helped give me the space within my mind and ease within my body so I could make the changes I needed to get my well-being back on track.
Through this combined personal and professional experience I feel more excited than ever to share these amazing tools and methods from some amazing experts to help more people with their well-being journey. I will help you bring a stronger connection to nature by the way you walk, think, eat and breath. This will help you to let go of whatever it is within your mind and body so you can experience better health and happiness that you are naturally meant to have!
