The Science of Earthing
Earthing or Grounding is one of the most efficient ways our bodies have dissipated internal stress and excessive inflammation within our bodies for 99.9% of human history. There's lots of research showing how being in our bare feet on the bare Earth starts to help our blood flow better, reduce inflammation and calm your body down even more when you out in nature. Think of your body like a big electrical system. Touching your bare feet to the bare earth will help to ground your body's bio-electrical system. When your bare skin is in contact with the earth, its natural, gentle electrical energy stabilises your body’s energy to help re-balance your inner health and relieve your stress.
In the Re-Nature Yourself programs we really go into depth to how this helps on so many different levels and how to even walk in a way which helps you maximise the benefits of Earthing to help you release even more stress. So being bare feet out in your spot in nature will really help to give you an even greater sense of calmness, clarity and feeling of ease.
