I spent close to 10 years in the fitness industry progressing from a personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise and rehabilitation work into becoming a holistic nutrition & lifestyle coach. I found more answers by looking at the mind-body-spirit as a whole natural organism rather than a machine with bits and pieces that need to be fixed. More and more clients responded better by training in bare feet with more primal natural movements, eating a more natural wholefood diet and regulating their lifestyles to be more in tune with nature.
After having spent time out of the fitness industry and working in the construction industry with my own business, I then discovered first hand the effects of modern-day life stress. I really got to experience how much stress and negative emotions will over-ride our attempts to overcome physical and mental aliments, or even just to be healthier and in better shape. This led me to look for more and more ways to help overcome my challenges. Throughout my wellness journey, the one place which I got the most physical and mental relief was out in nature. Nature helped give me the space within my mind and ease within my body so I could make the changes I needed to get my well-being back on track.
Through this combined personal and professional experience I feel more excited than ever to share these amazing tools and methods from some amazing experts to help more people with their well-being journey. One of the main tools I teach is how to tune into nature to be less affected by all the different types of stress which knock our well-being about so much today and how to tune into the bodily signs earlier so you can give your body what it needs to stay in balance. Mix this new-found inner awareness with greater knowledge of how your body functions at it's best, then you are in a better position to take back more control over your well-being and your life for yourself.
The Re-Nature yourself method is about breaking negative unhealthy patterns and replacing them with healthier, and more fulfilling patterns. Connecting daily to nature and your own inner awareness helps you form a greater understanding of how much control you do have over how you are. Gaining greater control over your well-being for yourself and even just to feel more calm in any given moment, regardless of what is happening in your external world is one of the most freeing feelings you can have. I've been lucky enough to find these life-changing resources along my journey to help me gain greater control over how I am. I feel very honored to be able to now share these amazing tools and resources with people who really want to experience greater levels of well-being for a greater quality of life.
