The concept has been used for thousands of years in the Taoist traditions for martial arts and meditation to help build a foundation for a new practice. It’s been also shown that it takes 100-day of continuous practice to provide the necessary nervous system stimulus to help create the neural network infrastructure necessary to forge a habit.

The 100-day Re-Nature Journey is connecting with nature everyday in a way that helps you:

Nature helps us to naturally feel and be our healthiest and most vibrant self! You will learn how to develop a true nature connection back into your busy modern-day life so you are less affected by stress and more able to be at your best.

Pre-Start 1-Day Workshop

Before you begin your 100-day journey you will learn the Re-Nature yourself method within a 1-day workshop. The workshops are usually held on the Surfcoast in Victoria, Australia or online via a series on video tutorials and coaching calls. If you wish for a more personalised approach, there is an option of in-person coaching. Coaching sessions are held on the Surfcoast and in Melbourne (subject to availability).

Re-Nature Awareness Journal

To help you re-connect with your own inner compass, you will be given your own Re-Nature Awareness Journal. It’s designed to help you clear your head and to read the bodily signs of dis-stress sooner. You will be shown within the Pre-Start Workshop how to use your journal to keep your body in flow with nature better, so you are less affected by stress and feel more energy for living.

Daily motivation

Each day I will send you reminders and check-ins to help keep you going with your 100-day journey. Plenty of little tips and tricks to help you re-connect with nature within your busy everyday life.

Weekly tutorials

Every week you will be sent a tutorial with a video and a theme to focus on. This will help you to bring more and more flow with nature within your day (and less and less stress for your body to deal with - meaning more time to bring you back into better shape!).

Weekly Online Coaching

Each week I will hold an online group coaching session to help answer people’s questions and to help you get better at letting go of the stress and connecting with the vibrancy of nature.

What's my background?

I’ve had extensive experience within the health and fitness industry as a Fitness Trainer, Corrective Exercise Coach and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. After having spent time out of the fitness industry and working in the construction industry with my own business, I really experienced how much stress and negative emotions will over-ride our attempts to overcome physical and mental aliments, or even just to be healthier and in better shape. This led me to look for more and more ways to help overcome my challenges. Throughout my wellness journey the one place which I got the most physical and mental relief was out in nature. Nature helped give me the space within my mind and ease within my body so I could make the changes I needed to get my well-being back on track.

Through this combined personal and professional experience I feel more excited than ever to share these amazing tools and methods from some amazing experts to help more people with their well-being journey. I will help you bring a stronger connection to nature by the way you walk, think, eat and breath. This will help you to let go of whatever it is within your mind and body so you can experience better health and happiness that you are naturally meant to have!
